Microsoft-Bing, client
David Droga is the founder and creative chairman on all projects."Microsoft came to us to frame Bing as the search engine for today’s generation and grow its usage. We identified the upcoming launch of Jay-Z’s autobiography Decoded as the perfect opportunity to create a compelling experience that would demonstrate the power of Bing. We placed every single page of Jay-Z’s book in locations relevant to each individual page’s content. Fans around the world could walk Jay-Z’s path, experiencing his story exactly where it happened—from Times Square to the Las Vegas strip to London’s Covent Garden. And if the media didn’t exist, we created our own—everything from pizza boxes and burger wrappers to jigsaw puzzles and T-shirts. At the center of the campaign was a digital gaming experience built directly on Bing Search and Maps that allowed fans to discover and assemble each and every page, making these unique placements accessible to everyone no matter their location."
