"Whiteout. My exploration in the theme of winter led me to start covering up more and more of the figure. The right "feeling" for the show started with this piece. By hiding facial features in the snow, an unexpected mood was created...one that I was looking for the whole time, but didn't know it. After this piece the rest of the work seemed to flow easily."
