“Goodby Silverstein & Partners hired me to shoot eighteen flavors of ice cream on six triple-stacked cones. I wanted to shoot them stacked on set and not combine them in post production, which complicated the shooting process, but gave us a better-looking shot. We had seven industrial freezers filled with about 450 containers of ice cream to get one near-perfect scoop per flavor.”
