“To launch Halo: Reach for Xbox, UM London asked CURB for ‘an iconic London location and an iconic media event.’ In less than four weeks, we convinced Westfield London, the biggest shopping center in Europe, to let us hang three canvases hand-painted with the game’s iconic characters on top of £30 million worth of marble at their main entrance. Six artists worked from tabloid-sized print-outs to paint the 60- by 20-foot murals in just seven days.”
