“In late 2008, we were hired to redesign Nordstrom’s quarterly magazine Loop, which is distributed to Nordstrom employees company-wide. The focus of Loop is to communicate company news, showcase upcoming fashion trends, share best practices for sales and customer service and celebrate extraordinary employees throughout the company. Our objective was to shift the creative direction from a somewhat staid newsletter approach to a more high-fashion editorial model evocative of the aspirational customer experience. Over five years, we designed seventeen issues and helped Nordstrom transition the magazine to an online format in fall 2013.”
