“I conceived this personal piece as a legibility experiment after seeing a takeout window that had been smashed. The type was screen-printed directly onto 20 sheets of glass, which were then broken by ball bearings and pool balls shot from a catapult. A sound-reactive flash allowed us to capture the breakage at various stages.”
