“In 2013, Finlandia Vodka debuted a global campaign inspiring consumers to toast the less-ordinary aspects of life. The challenge was to create an experience that was accessible to the brand’s global audience across all desktop, tablet and mobile browsers, but that did not sacrifice the visually immersive story we wanted to tell. We were provided with photography from the global brand campaign by Wieden+Kennedy London, and we also had a photographer on the ground in Finland who shot custom imagery for the site. The final design features subtle details to surprise and delight every visitor and is a simple, clean, dynamic scrolling experience that breaks down all traditional notions of a global beverage brand site.”
