“This photograph of Jon Stewart is from our first shoot together in 2002. I am a big fan of his show and wanted to portray his approachability, the down-to-earth person that he is. We asked him to bring his dogs and to take them for a walk like he normally would. There’s nothing more New York than hot dogs—or more natural than a dog wanting to eat one.”
