"Capturing something random and unexpected makes shooting objects in motion such a thrill. This shot accompanied a piece about how some big beer brands are experiencing declining sales. We started shooting the cans with a pellet gun, but the effect was too subtle, so we brought out a sledgehammer. A fun shoot, and everyone left the studio smelling like stale beer."
