“From Fantastical Feasts, my series of whimsical panoramas depicting animals reveling at elaborate banquet tables. The images are compositionally inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece The Last Supper and by Pierre Subleyras’s classic painting The Feast in the House of Simon. The series features a range of anthropomorphic creatures great and small; this particular group of moulards was specifically commissioned for Decoy, a restaurant in New York City that features Peking duck.”
