“At the Volkswagen museum Autostadt in Wolfsburg, Germany, the permanent exhibition Level Green: The Concept of Sustainability opened in 2009. It explores the effects of climate change and the importance of sustainability and forward-thinking transportation. For an exhibition area of more than 10,000 square feet, we designed 25 exhibits. Data sculptures visualize and contextualize facts and figures, making them easily understandable and enabling straightforward comparisons. Interactive media walls offer playful access to sustainability data via touching. Interactive installations invite reflection on one’s own lifestyle and habits.”
