Helping clients design creative and productive office environments, Bialek offers two business lines: “Bialek Environments,” which presents its furniture offerings from Herman Miller, and “Intellistruct,” which covers its interior modular construction services. To introduce the interior fabricator and furniture dealer’s services, Brooklyn, New York–based design studio Orange You Glad and Krakow-based development firm Codephonic created a site that marries form and function, inspiring potential clients to create their new office spaces with Bialek. Communicating the nature of the two business lines across four verticals, Orange You Glad created a design system that feeds dynamic case studies into landing pages; a secondary navigation system that points to the verticals is located on the homepage, separating Bialek Environments and Intellistruct without breaking the link between them.
Codephonic developed the site in WordPress. To enable Bialek to showcase specific pieces and solutions within its catalog, the development firm and Orange You Glad created WordPress galleries that seamlessly integrate with thinglink, an online service that enables users to put annotations and tags on their images. Since Bialek’s catalog encompasses thousands of projects, highlighting key solutions enables the fabricator and furniture dealer to call out brands and product lines without the need to upload its entire list of offerings to the site. In the future, case studies will utilize virtual reality images with thinglink tags.
The site enables Bialek to entice customers with a portfolio that shows off its design sensibilities. As Bialek’s marketing strategist Andrew West reports, “The site is a tool for all of our clients to understand who we are and how we think. ”
