Background: A structural and architectural glazing company, Fluid Glass needed a digital presence that matched the caliber of its work with some of the most prestigious construction projects in the United Kingdom. Our objective was to create a digital presence that solves the lack of “feeling” in the glazing industry. To do so, we traded dense catalogs for architectural storytelling. By prioritizing seamless motion and evocative imagery, we created a flagship that highlights the craft behind the glass, ensuring the brand is perceived with the same sophistication as the spaces they help create. It’s a persuasive tool that positions Fluid Glass as the premier partner for the United Kingdom’s most iconic developments.

Design core: The Fluid Glass platform is a digital reflection of the product itself—precise, transparent and refined. We paired expansive negative space with technical typography to speak the architect’s language. No fluff—just high-contrast layouts and a focus on materiality that aligns with a minimalist aesthetic. It’s an interface built for those who value the details.

To mirror Fluid Glass’s hands-on approach, we removed the final friction point: the click. As users reach the base of the page, the menu intuitively expands, greeting them before they even ask. It’s a subtle, technical gesture, but one that proves expertise is about putting personal care into every detail.

Technology: For this project, we built on a stack we know and trust. Nuxt.js powers the front end, while we used Storyblok as the headless CMS to manage all content. The website is hosted on Vercel, which lets us deploy quickly and keep performance high.

The platform includes a large product database that can easily be maintained by the site administrator. Products can be linked directly to projects, giving visitors a clearer picture of how Fluid Glass solutions are used in real-world situations. This connection helps turn a list of products into something more tangible and easier to understand.

A key element of the interface is the navigation island, which acts as the central place for users to move through the website. The component updates dynamically based on where visitors are on the page, making navigation feel intuitive and responsive. Scroll-based interactions are powered by GSAP’s ScrollTrigger, while subtle SVG animations add small details that bring the overall experience together.

The website also includes a dynamic “Get a Quote” feature. Visitors can request a quotation directly through the site; the system then generates a request based on the information they provide. The request is then sent to the Fluid Glass team, enabling them to respond with tailored advice and a more personal proposal.
