Cognac brand Hennessy isn’t just about its liquor: the brand has roots in culture, including nightlife, music and art. That’s why its US brand site, designed and developed by digital agency Odopod, features great lifestyle content in addition to recipes and an e-commerce platform, supported by Drizly. A page titled “Hennessy Life” provides a home for all activity across the Hennessy ecosystem, drawing connections between the many facets of the brand within culture. Users can create accounts to save their favorite cocktail recipes, keep an eye out for local events and test their knowledge of Hennessy by participating in “Hennessy Academy,” an interactive feature that quizzes participants on Hennessy trivia. Built with the Python-based CMS Django, the site showcases more than 2,500 assets to provide a bold experience with a minimal layout, a simple color palette and an interactive cultural experience.
