Rosslyn, Virginia’s new condominium development Key & Nash combines contemporary living with elegant design and a bevy of local attractions. For its site, design firm Branding Iron reflected this by balancing an elegant, restrained site design with vibrant neighborhood photographs, courtesy of Virginia-based commercial photographer Bradley Hunter Caricofe. With development by marketing agency LMO, the site invites visitors to explore Key & Nash’s floor plans with an interactive photo of the building itself; users can select the floor on which they’re interested in purchasing a condominium, are then directed to a layout of the floor and can then further explore the differences between Key & Nash’s units. On the homepage, a string of lights in the background twinkle on and off, while the image changes from black and white to color; this reflects both the atmosphere of Key & Nash’s courtyard, while referencing its tagline, “Homes for Visionaries.” The site acts as the digital component to Key & Nash’s campaign—led by Branding Iron, the campaign includes large-scale wall and floor ads in the Rosslyn Metro station, animated digital ads, a brochure, e-blasts and promotional items.
