Background: The new website for the French independent music label Roche Musique was designed for users who want to be informed of the latest news, releases and concerts. Part of Roche Musique’s new visual identity, the site ensures consistency between the label’s physical and digital media.

Highlights: The whole site is based on a wavy effect, in order to remind users of the label’s logo and musical style. A key element is the music player that comes alive to the rhythm of the music. The About page is also interesting in the way that it retraces the whole history of the label in the form of a timeline, and is illustrated with photos.

Favorite details: The cloud of covers on the home page that moves along with the mouse.

Navigational features: On mobile, the label’s logo is used as a wavy burger menu icon.
