Looking for a new place to live? Check out Skive, a town in northwestern Denmark with a bespoke site from Danish digital agency Heyday. Five interactive 360-degree images, an interactive helicopter virtual tour over the city and five aerial drone videos provide an in-depth look at Skive’s residents, culture and facilities. Three.js facilitates the 3-D, 360-degree experiences, and JPG image sequences stitch together the helicopter tour and drone images, enabling visitors to view these features without plug-ins. Heyday’s site for Skive was mentioned on the primetime news, eight newspapers and websites, and awarded by the CSS Design Awards; it has garnered more than 35,000 visitors and potential future residents.
