Based in Lucca, a province of Tuscany, real estate consultancy Studio GNS has a history in both real estate business and architectural development, especially around the Forte dei Marmi neighborhood. Wanting to create an online presence that reflected its culture and philosophy, the organization approached Italian designer Michela Chiucini, founder of creative agency Taostudio, for help.

Designed and developed by Chiucini, the website is elegant and minimalistic, inviting users to focus on the work and the studio’s philosophy. In order to achieve smooth navigation, Taostudio used Smoothstate and GSAP, while the sticky scrolling and full-screen zoom enable users to see all the project details at once. The serif and sans serif typefaces reflect the alchemy between Studio GNS’s traditional style and technical skills.
