Mississippi-based design agency Mad Genius created a sophisticated, artful site for gelato brand Sweet Magnolia, located and distributed in the Southern United States. The site features graphic-driven elements, including extensive SVG animations. “This is the most ambitious animated SVG project we have ever attempted,” says Mad Genius’s interactive creative director Ryan Farmer. “SVGs are still a bit of a Wild West right now, but since Mad Genius is a creative lab environment, we met the challenge and developed our own set of practices.” The site brings the brand to life with eye-catching animations and delicious photography.
