An online platform for dish detergent brand Finish’s program to increase the number of dishwashers in households across Europe and America, the Tiny Kitchens Tour proves that there is room for a dishwasher in every kitchen, no matter how small. Ad agency Wieden + Kennedy London collaborated with production studio Digital Domain, digital studio Enjoythis and music company Father to create a series of immersive, 360-degree films of kitchens for the site, teaching visitors valuable space-saving tips and highlighting various ways that they can make room for a dishwasher in their own homes. “The site is a useful, functional resource to help people find a dishwasher, but the last thing we wanted was for it to be a boring ‘How To’ platform,” says strategist Charlotte Corbett. “We decided to give it a cool, colorful and editorial feel, much like the design magazines that the target audience might be looking at.” The 360-degree films and the design tips within them are a handy resource that will keep visitors coming back for tips on how to create small, functional kitchens.
