Avoiding reference to specific musical genres, we created our own version of a riff by duplicating the magazine's masthead across the cover. Some say it was brave of us to chop the logo so severely and position it halfway down the cover but we reckon the credit for fearlessness should go to the editors/owners of this independent music monthly for casting commercial doctrine aside and putting their faith in a loyal and intelligent readership.
