“Aida is a line of food items created to help people entertain easily. The idea for Aida started at Lois, a wine bar in the Loisada neighborhood of New York. The bar snacks became so popular that the bar’s owners decided to turn them into a product line. We worked with the owners from the inception of Aida all the way through to its launch.”
